OMAHA, Nebraska, Nov. 4 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Nebraska issued the following news release:
Acting United States Attorney Susan Lehr announced that Rafael Hernandez, 30, of Norfolk, Nebraska, was sentenced on November 1, 2023, in federal court in Omaha for possession with intent to distribute more than 500 grams of methamphetamine.
