BISMARCK, North Dakota, Nov. 1 -- Gov. Doug Burgum, R-North Dakota, issued the following news on Oct. 31, 2023:

Gov. Doug Burgum today announced the members of the Task Force for Teacher Retention and Recruitment created through executive order (https://www.governor.nd.gov/sites/www/files/documents/Executive%20Order%202023-08%20Teacher%20Retention%20and%20Recruitment%20Task%20Force.pdf) in September to address the state's chronic teacher shortage.
