NEWARK, New Jersey, Oct. 26 -- New Jersey Attorney General Matthew J. Platkin issued the following news release:

The Board of Applied Behavior Analyst Examiners has proposed new rules which will allow for the licensure and regulation of applied behavior analysts and assistant applied behavior analysts.

P.L. 2019, c. 337, created the Board of Applied Behavior Analyst Examiners, required applied behavior analysts and assistant applied behavior analysts to become licensed, . . .
