NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana, Oct. 26 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Louisiana, Duane A. Evans, issued the following news release on Oct. 25, 2023:
U.S. Attorney Duane A. Evans announced today that on September 29, 2023, JOSHUA HOGAN, was indicted in a previously sealed indictment on four counts of distribution of fentanyl, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Sections 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(B), and 841(b)(1)(C). The indictment was unsealed on October 18, 2023.
