BOZEMAN, Montana, Oct. 25 -- Montana State University issued the following news release on Oct. 24, 2023:

Montana State University announced today it has chosen Alison Harmon to be its new vice president for research and economic development.

Harmon has been with the university since 2004 and served as dean of the College of Education, Health and Human Development from 2015 to 2022 before being named interim vice president for research and economic development.
