MARSHALL, Texas, Oct. 20 -- Texas State Technical College issued the following news on Oct. 19, 2023:

Shovels hit the ground for the first of many times on Wednesday, Oct. 18, at Texas State Technical College's Marshall campus during a groundbreaking ceremony to celebrate construction of a new Diesel Equipment Technology building.
