NEWARK, New Jersey, Oct. 20 -- The U.S. Justice Department's Drug Enforcement Administration's New Jersey Division issued the following news release on Oct. 19, 2023:

A New Jersey real estate investor and influencer was arrested today for committing a multimillion-dollar Ponzi-like investment fraud scheme, Special Agent in Charge of the Drug Enforcement Administration's (DEA) New Jersey Field Division Cheryl Ortiz and U.S. Attorney Philip R. Sellinger announced.
