BISMARCK, North Dakota, Oct. 18 -- Gov. Doug Burgum, R-North Dakota, issued the following news on Oct. 17, 2023:
Gov. Doug Burgum issued an executive order (https://www.governor.nd.gov/sites/www/files/documents/Executive%20Order%202023-09%20Special%20Session.pdf) today convening a special session of the state Legislature on Oct. 23 to address the components of a budget bill that was recently voided as unconstitutional by the North Dakota Supreme Court.
