SIOUX FALLS, South Dakota, Oct. 14 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of South Dakota, Alison J. Ramsdell, issued the following news release on Oct. 13, 2023:
United States Attorney Alison J. Ramsdell announced today that U.S. District Court Judge Karen E. Schreier has sentenced a Detroit, Michigan man and a Sioux Falls, South Dakota man, convicted of Conspiracy to Distribute a Controlled Substance. The sentencing took place on September 29, 2023.
