NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana, Oct. 13 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Louisiana, Duane A. Evans, issued the following news release:
RODNEY OFFRAY, age 49, a resident of New Orleans, was charged on September 22, 2023 in a recently unsealed three-count indictment by a federal grand jury, announced U.S. Attorney Duane A. Evans.
