LAS VEGAS, Nevada, Oct. 12 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of Nevada, Jason M. Frierson, issued the following news release on Oct. 11, 2023:
Rene Morales and Hector Vasquez were each sentenced to six months in prison yesterday for violating the Clean Air Act during the renovation of a Las Vegas warehouse into a marijuana growing facility.
