WASHINGTON, Oct. 7 -- Sen. Jon Tester, D-Montana, issued the following news release:
President Joe Biden today signed U.S. Senator Jon Tester's bipartisan legislation into law that protects the use of federal funds for hunter safety and shooting sports classes.
Tester's bipartisan law requires the Department of Education to restore school districts' ability to use federal resources for school archery, gun safety, and hunter education programs.
