WASHINGTON, Sept. 29 -- Rep. Joaquin Castro, D-Texas, issued the following news release:
SAN ANTONIO - With the help of more than $1 million in federal funding secured by Congressman Joaquin Castro (TX-20), Our Casas Resident Council, Inc. has opened applications for the High Impact Housing Project, a new program to repair owner-occupied homes in the near Westside.
At least 20 homes will be repaired in census tracts 1703 and 1709 in the near Westside with the funding fr . . .
