UNIVERSITY PARK, Pennsylvania, Sept. 28 -- Pennsylvania State University issued the following news:
ABINGTON, Pa. -- Andrew August, vice chancellor for academic affairs and professor of history, has been named interim chancellor of Penn State Abington, effective Oct. 1. He will serve in this role during the national search for a successor to Margo DelliCarpini, who has been appointed Penn State's vice president for Commonwealth Campuses and executive chancellor.
