WASHINGTON, Sept. 28 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior Bureau of Land Management issued the following news release:
MOAB, Utah -- Today, the Bureau of Land Management Moab Field Office announced a new travel management plan for public off highway vehicle use, including passenger vehicles.
