WASHINGTON, Sept. 23 -- Rep. Mark Green, R-Tennessee, chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee, issued the following news release:

House Committee on Homeland Security Chairman Mark E. Green, MD (R-TN) and Ranking Member Bennie Thompson (D-MS) introduced the Overtime Pay for Protective Services Act of 2023, which will extend the authority to ensure that United States Secret Service agents are compensated for the additional work that is required of them.
