DOVER, Delaware, Sept. 23 -- Gov. John C. Carney, D-Delaware, issued the following news release on Sept. 21, 2023:
With the announcement of the 27th round of easement selections by the Delaware Agricultural Lands Preservation Foundation, Delaware has reached a new milestone, permanently preserving 151,257 acres of farmland.
