DOVER, Delaware, Sept. 21 -- Delaware Technical Community College issued the following news:
Delaware Technical Community College has broken ground on a new child development center at its Stanton Campus that will offer child care to students, employees, and community members. Senator Tom Carper and Representative Lisa Blunt Rochester joined College leaders in a September ground-breaking ceremony to celebrate the $7 million project, which was funded through the American Rescue Plan. . . .
