JUNEAU, Alaska, Sept. 20 -- Gov. Mike Dunleavy, R-Alaska, issued the following news release on Sept. 19, 2023:
Today Governor Mike Dunleavy announced the appointment of Judge Terrence Haas as Alaska Public Defender and Judge David Nesbett to the Anchorage Superior Court. The appointments were chosen from a list of individuals nominated by the Alaska Judicial Council and forwarded on to the Governor.
Judge Haas was previously appointed to the Bethel Superior Court in 201 . . .
