CONCORD, New Hampshire, Sept. 19 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of New Hampshire, Jane E. Young, issued the following news release on Sept. 18, 2023:
Two Manchester residents have been charged for conspiring to manufacture methamphetamine and possessing the necessary chemicals and equipment to do so within their home, U.S. Attorney Jane E. Young announces.
