The Maine Public Utilities Commission (Commission) issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for retail electricity standard offer service for all customer classes in the territories of Central Maine Power (CMP), Versant Power-Bangor Hydro District (BHD) and Versant Power - Maine Public District (MPD).
