Rivers rapidly warming, losing oxygen; aquatic life may be at risk, study finds

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pennsylvania, Sept. 14 -- Pennsylvania State University issued the following news:

A Penn State-led research team found that rivers are warming up and deoxygenating faster than oceans, which could have serious implications for aquatic life -- and the lives of humans.
