UNIVERSITY PARK, Pennsylvania, Sept. 13 -- Pennsylvania State University issued the following news:
The Palmer Foundation has stepped forward with a $500,000 gift to recognize the many contributions of Penn State alumna, volunteer and community leader Mimi Barash Coppersmith, who shared a lifelong friendship with Barbara Palmer until the latter's death in 2019. In celebration of the gift, timed to coincide with Coppersmith's 90th birthday, the Palmer family will join the University . . .
