NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana, Sept. 12 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Louisiana, Duane A. Evans, issued the following news release on Sept. 11, 2023:
ROBERT LEE ALLEN, age 35, a resident of Houma Louisiana, was charged today in a one-count indictment by a federal grand jury, announced U.S. Attorney Duane A. Evans.
Count 1 of the indictment alleges that ALLEN possessed with the intent to distribute 40 grams or more of fentanyl and 100 grams or more of heroin . . .
