Today, the U.S. Department of Education's Office for Civil Rights (OCR) resolved a compliance review of Spectrum Academy in Utah to ensure that the Academy's restraint and seclusion policies and practices do not deny students with disabilities their civil rights in violation of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Section 504), Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 . . .
