NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana, Sept. 2 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Louisiana, Duane A. Evans, issued the following news release:
DAVID SCOTT, age 19, a resident of New Orleans, Louisiana, was charged on August 24, 2023 in a previously sealed two-count indictment, announced U.S. Attorney Duane A. Evans.
