MEDFORD, Oregon, Aug. 31 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Oregon issued the following news release on Aug. 30, 2023:
A southern Oregon man was sentenced to more than 15 years in federal prison today after he violated the terms of his supervised release by possessing a firearm and methamphetamine.
James Charles Danis, 41, of Phoenix, Oregon, was sentenced to 188 months in federal prison and five years' supervised release.
