OMAHA, Nebraska, Aug. 26 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Nebraska issued the following news release on Aug. 24, 2023:
Acting United States Attorney Susan Lehr announced that Timothy Alan Moore, 58, of Roca, Nebraska, was sentenced today in Lincoln, Nebraska, by Senior United States District Judge John M. Gerrard for possession with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of actual methamphetamine. Moore was sentenced to 200 months in prison and will also serve 5 . . .
