U.S. Attorney for the District of Nebraska: Mexican Man Sentenced for Methamphetamine Trafficking

OMAHA, Nebraska, Aug. 24 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Nebraska issued the following news release on Aug. 23, 2023:

Acting United States Attorney Susan Lehr announced that Jose Emmanuel Hernandez-Gomez, 30, of Mexico, was sentenced today in federal court in Omaha, Nebraska, for trafficking methamphetamine. Chief United States District Judge Robert F. Rossiter, Jr. sentenced Hernandez-Gomez to 135 months' imprisonment. There is no parole in the federal system . . .
