EAGLE PASS, South Dakota, Aug. 23 -- Gov. Kristi Noem, R-South Dakota, issued the following news release on Aug. 22, 2023:
Yesterday, Governor Noem highlighted the breakdown of rule of law at the United States' southern border under the Biden Administration.
While in Eagle Pass, Texas, Governor Noem took an aerial tour of the southern border.
