SHREVEPORT, Louisiana, Aug. 19 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Louisiana, Brandon B. Brown, issued the following news release on Aug. 18, 2023:
United States Attorney Brandon B. Brown announced the sentencing a Vivian man today for illegal possession of narcotics. United States District Judge Elizabeth E. Foote sentenced Michael Duncan, 46, to 262 months (21 years, 10 months) in prison, followed by 5 years of supervised release.
