CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Aug. 18 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia, Will Thompson, issued the following news release on Aug. 16, 2023:
Terry Dwayne Jones, 34, of Macomb, Michigan, was sentenced today to four years and nine months in prison, to be followed by four years of supervised release, for possession with intent to distribute 40 grams or more of fentanyl.
