Solicitor General Agrees Supreme Court Should Hear NetChoice & CCIA Cases

WASHINGTON, Aug. 15 -- NetChoice issued the following news on Aug. 14, 2023:

Today, U.S. Solicitor General Elizabeth B. Prelogar submitted a brief to the U.S. Supreme Court on NetChoice & CCIA v. Paxton and NetChoice & CCIA v. Moody, emphasizing that both laws violate the First Amendment.
