TAMPA, Florida, Aug. 15 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Florida issued the following news release:
U.S. District Judge Katherine Kimball Mizelle has sentenced Johnathan Thuemler (32, Oregon) to six years and five months in federal prison for possessing with the intent to distribute 40 grams or more of fentanyl and for possessing a firearm as a convicted felon. Thuemler had pleaded guilty on May 15, 2023.
