NORWALK, Connecticut, Aug. 1 -- The Financial Accounting Standards Board posted the following news release from the Private Company Council on July 31, 2023:
The Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) today published a proposed Accounting Standards Update (ASU) intended to provide investors with more decision-useful information about a public business entity's expenses.
