WASHINGTON, July 30 -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Inspector General's Office of Investigations issued the following investigation report:

On June 22, 2023, the U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho sentenced Kelly Goodman for honest services wire fraud. Goodman was sentenced to 24 months imprisonment, a $5,000 fine, and a $100 special assessment.
