ANN ARBOR, Michigan, July 27 (TNSres) -- The University of Michigan issued the following news release:

A majority of local government leaders across Michigan say the state's recently repealed "right-to-work" law has had no impact on relationships between the jurisdictions' government and employee unions.

Numerous leaders--though short of a majority--also say the legislation had no impact on issues such as community business growth, the ability of local governm . . .
