WILMINGTON, Delaware, July 27 -- Sen. Christopher Coons, D-Delaware, issued the following news release on July 26, 2023:
Officials with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) announced that the City of Wilmington and the Wilmington Housing Authority (WHA) would be the recipient of a $50 million Choice Neighborhoods grant. The funding awarded to the Wilmington Housing Authority will be applied to continue the revitalization efforts currently underway in the Rivers . . .
