ST. LOUIS, Missouri, July 22 (TNSper) -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers-St. Louis District issued the following news release on July 21, 2023:

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers St. Louis District welcomed a new commanding officer during a Change of Command ceremony today.

Col. Andy J. Pannier succeeded Col. Kevin R. Golinghorst as District Commander in the Change of Command ceremony. Brig. Gen. Kimberly A. Peeples, commander of the Corp of Engineers' Mississippi Valley . . .
