The Recruiting and Retention College held a change of commandant ceremony, July 6 at the Patton Museum, where Col. Kevin Polosky transferred responsibilities of the RRC to Col. Richard "Rick" Frank.

Maj. Gen. Johnny Davis, U.S. Army Recruiting Command commanding general, presided over the change of commandant . . .
