N.J. Gov. Murphy Signs Legislation to Expand Access to Behavioral Health Care in K-12 Schools

ATLANTIC CITY, New Jersey, July 14 -- Gov. Phil Murphy, D-New Jersey, issued the following news release on July 13, 2023:

As part of his efforts to address youth mental health needs both at the state and national levels, Governor Phil Murphy today signed a bill (A-3334) expanding expenses that New Jersey's K-12 public schools may be reimbursed for in regards to behavioral health services that are provided to students and their families who are Medicaid recipients.
