DOVER, Delaware, July 1 -- Gov. John C. Carney, D-Delaware, issued the following news release on June 30, 2023:
Governor John Carney on Friday joined the Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT), the Delaware Department of Safety and Homeland Security (DSHS), members of the General Assembly, and advocates to sign a package of legislation designed to improve safety on Delaware's roadways.
