Today, Rep. Burgess Owens (UT-04) co-sponsored the Whole Milk for Healthy Kids Act, which will allow for unflavored and flavored whole milk and reduced-fat milk to be offered in school cafeterias in addition to already existing low-fat and fat-free milk options.
