BURLINGTON, Vermont, June 6 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Vermont issued the following news release on June 5, 2023:
The United States Attorney's Office stated that Stephen Boles, 30, of Milton Vermont, was sentenced today by the Hon. William K. Sessions III, United States District Judge, to 5-years of incarceration to be followed by 3 years of supervised release for possessing fentanyl with the intent to distribute the drug.
