North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgum today applauded a U.S. Supreme Court ruling that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) used an overly broad interpretation of the Clean Water Act when establishing its new Waters of the U.S. (WOTUS) rule.
