WASHINGTON, May 26 -- Rep. Timothy Burchett, R-Tennessee, issued the following news release:
U.S. Congressman Tim Burchett (TN-02) voted in favor of the HALT Fentanyl Act, which passed the House. This legislation would make the temporary class-wide scheduling order for fentanyl-related substances permanent.
