WASHINGTON, May 26 -- Rep. Mike Simpson, R-Idaho, issued the following news release on May 25, 2023:
Idaho Congressman Mike Simpson today issued the following statement on the Supreme Court's decision to side with the Sacketts, an Idaho couple who wanted to build a home on their own property, and limit federal jurisdiction over wetlands under the Clean Water Act.
