LANSING, Michigan, May 25 -- Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel issued the following news release on May 24, 2023:
Julius Holley, 56, of Detroit, pled guilty to one count of Animal Torture in the First Degree with a habitual 4th offender sentence enhancement, announced Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel.
