ANCHORAGE, Alaska, May 16 (TNSgov) -- The Sierra Club issued the following news release:
Sierra Club and Earthjustice filed for rehearing of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) decision to grant approval for the exports from the proposed Alaska LNG project, a $38.7 billion fossil-fuel infrastructure plan to export liquified methane gas (LNG). Sierra Club and Earthjustice are also representing Cook Inletkeeper and Center for Biological Diversity in the DOE rehearing request.
