NASHVILLE, Tennessee, May 12 -- The Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development issued the following news:

Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee, Department of Economic and Community Development Commissioner Stuart McWhorter and Primex Color, Compounding & Additives Corporation officials announced today the company will invest $5.4 million to construct a new research and development center and expand existing manufacturing space.
